How the "Price Index" Works
Our proprietary algorithm cross-references a product's real-time market price against its core technical specifications. The resulting Price Index provides a clear metric of how much performance you get for every dollar spent.
- Index < 1.0: Represents high value. The product offers more tech-specs per dollar than the market average.
- Index > 1.0: Indicates premium pricing, often due to brand prestige or luxury positioning.
Transparency & Independence
We operate independently. Our "Value Scores" and purchase recommendations are generated automatically by data logic. While we use advertisements and affiliate links to cover laboratory operations, these never influence our mathematical indexing or scores.
